I have a good friend that grew up in the same situation as you and she is a horrible picky eater.

Suggestion with tomatoes....if you eat them raw, slice them really really thin. That is how I got my girls to start liking them. Those ones on the salad you were given looked like they probably didn't have any taste to them. :)Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16369446789435172436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3817728686717244104.post-90628113256783691922009-04-03T10:44:00.000-07:002009-04-03T10:44:00.000-07:00It's hard not to pass our food aversions on to our...It's hard not to pass our food aversions on to our kids, isn't it?! I will eat almost anything...except seafood. And now Nadia, will eat almost anything...except seafood! the other day when hubby had fish, and she wouldn't touch it because "mommy doesn't like it." Whoops! Nadia really eats better than almost any kid I know. but hubby is super picky, especially about dairy and vegetables! He's a meat and potatoes guy. Anyway, feta = GOOD! You would not do well in my house!

I'm glad that you at least recognize that you need to expose Sugar to different foods. So what has happened? I have raised five picky eaters and it is a pain-in-the-butt. And they are rude. They won't choke a meal down at someone's house. They'll just say they don't like it, and then stave. Nice, huh? I wish I had it to do all over again. In fact, I wish I had a lot of things to do over again. Now that I have sassy teenagers I'm finding out all the things I should have done differently.Gaylehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08121205250839003802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3817728686717244104.post-18646209871583276402009-04-02T22:46:00.000-07:002009-04-02T22:46:00.000-07:00My parents are not big veggie fans and NEVER expos...My parents are not big veggie fans and NEVER exposed us to them.
