I am short on words tonight.....I think I have a fever, and must go to bed.
Berta chose the theme of "Side by Side" this week. I had all sorts of ideas of different objects side by side, but when I saw Sugar Bear giving her beloved dog a hug the other day the thought that ran through my mind was, "awww...they are always at each other's side!" Then the light bulb went off, and I had my shot.
Berta's shot is FABULOUS! It just doesn't get any sweeter than THAT, in my opinion.
I'm out of here...my bed is calling me.

Oh darn - sorry you're feeling terrible - sleep helps a bunch! I think you're right - this is one of my favorites for our diptych! Thanks for putting it together - my night was pretty busy and you saved me a 'bunch' of time! I love Sugar Bear and her best bud - she'll have special memories of their time together throughout her life. I'd frame that one and put it on her night stand! Get feeling better - talk to you tomorrow and see how you're doing.

I grew up with dogs and now have a dog and know so much how the love of a pet is everlasting. Love your sweet shot. What a great photo to cherish. Sweet dip, team.

So sweet! reminds me of our beloved Dog, Duke, who (as Harrison will tell you)is in heaven now. WE miss him.
