google searching fun

I routinely check what types of searches lead people to my blog, as I am keenly aware that weirdos might be looking at pics of my sweet sugar, so if any one post gets too many hits, I look into it. It seems that at least a few times a week, someone lands on my "photo hunters~Pink" page through Google Images. I have yet to figure out what terms they are using in their search to get that image. I am getting ready to pull it....but before I do, I wonder if anyone has any ideas.

Anyhow, I know I always enjoy seeing all the strange or interesting google searches, so I thought I'd share a few of my own. Here we go:

"Fanny.love.love"- I have no idea what that means or why it took THREE people to this post. Guess they must love love love a turkey fanny as much as I do.

"Dealing with the death of a friend"- I am sorry this person is suffering. I have been there. I hope they found some peace.

"fear of being home alone at night"- I recommend getting a kitten and a large dog!

"love hairy legs"- Okay...so one might think this person is strange, but there were several searches about hairy legs in general. All led them to a post without pictures, so I doubt they got too much pleasure.

"Dogs smell crotch pregnancy" and "can dogs sense when you go into labor?"- ummmmmm YES! Yes they do.....and can! Glad I could be of service!

"Corey's eyes make me smile"-I am so pleased. I've always thought my eyes were good for something.

"obessive foot rubbing"- You caught me.....but I am doubting that my confessions helped this poor person out, but maybe....just maybe they don't feel so alone.

And lastly....but certainly not least..... drum rolllllll PLEASE......

"huge veggies up fannies" led some really strange person with veggie fetishes to this post. I can only assume that since I mentioned "fannies" and "pumpkin" in the same post I came up as an authority on such things. I WON'T be repeating the google search to find out just where I rank on the google list though. Sorry....I'm just not going there. NOPE....NOT.GOING.THERE.

Thanks for coming by my blog this week everyone. I have been blessed with such thoughtful readers. Each and everyone of you make my day....except for the pervs.....

*** oh and don't forget I'm on Top Momma!

CLICK HERE!!!!! You know you want to. Click it a few times in fact. I get a referral each time you click the link, and a click each time you click on Sugar's sweet photo. Isn't that fun? I can't think of a single thing I should be doing today other than clicking. Can you? ***

sorry. i will stop searching for you with the veggie-fanny combo.

oh and the dangerous thing? the thing you probably wish i wouldn't tell you? in britain, 'fanny' is *not* the *back* entrance...

so let's hope the real searcher was american. for the love of GOD let's hope so.

That last search is just the funniest!!
And btw, I get to your image if I search for "baby fat" - from one of the sentences in the blurb ;).

I wish my Google searches could be so interesting!

You said you entered that image in a photo contest. Was it online? If so, it probably has an active link attached to it.

LOL! Those are hysterical! And slightly disturbing...

I've just signed up for google analytics. Don't know what's taken me so long to do it.

Maybe I'm scared.

Makes you wonder what people are looking at!
BTW, I used some of your photo suggestions today. I was shooting some pics at the kids' preschool for a photo wall. Thanks so much!

I believe you must stop talking about fannies. Especially after Holly's comment. Yikes!

Oh my gosh! My mouth is still hanging open after that last one. The internet is a wild and wonderful, yet scary place.

Isn't there a singer named Pink? I wonder if they were searching for her? I know what you mean though - I get a kick out of seeing some of the google searches and wondering how they ended up at my blog! I wish I had been saving them! I did see one from today on mine that said "belly pics - p*rn" - now there is a sicko for you!

I don't know about blogger but wordpress has an way for you to opt out of searches.

Corey, as soon as I read this I was worried that you didn't know what 'fannies' are in the UK, but I see Holl enlightened you. Pervy gits.
And all I can think with the picture of Sugarbear is that pink means 'girlie'. I know of nothing else, so it might be innocent. It's the cutest pic though. I love their little bellies.

I have been using the sitemeter stats and the referral page leads me to where the person who visited clicked my link...it shows the details also of googled words and phrases...makes me smile too a lot of times...

WOW - I didn't know you could search like that? How do you do that?

I love Google, except the pervs, of course.

The photo comes up pretty high with a "baby in pink bikini" image search. You need the "pink" to get it on teh first page of results. Seems relatively harmless, but who knows.
