Photostory Friday~ An Accurate Portrayal

Hosted by Cecily and MamaGeek

This photo was taken a year ago, while on a trip with my Hubby and Sugar Bear. We were visiting friends who live quite a bit east of us. In the eleven years of them living there, I had never been over to see their home. I wrote 3 blog posts about that trip, and they along with all the photos can be found here, here and here. :)

This photo, however, happens to be my favorite landscape shot I have ever taken. I snapped this photo while sitting in our truck long the gravel road that leads to their house. I lined it all up so that in the windshield one could see their house, and in the rear view mirror you can see the view FROM their house. I love that in this ONE SHOT, I captured a very accurate portrayal of what it is like to be at their house. It is nearly a 360 degree photo. I LOVE IT! I mailed them a copy of it, and they have it framed in their house.

Have a great weekend everyone.

This is an incredible photo!! I can see why you've saved it as a favorite. Such a good idea!

Oh, we had 4 lab puppies come for the party, it was so sweet. We didn't want to let them all go, but we aren't ready for a puppy in our house yet :) Maybe sometime soon.
