Photo Hunters-Plastic

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

This is my daughter's first kite. It is just a cheap plastic Dora kite, but it certainly gives us lots of enjoyment. I hadn't played with a kite in probably over 25 years. Why do we ever stop experiencing these amazing moments? Why do we insist on growing up? For a moment, as I stare into the sky at this silly plastic toy....I am at peace.

I flew my first kite at 29 years of age. In my other blog in the video, there is a picture of it. They thrill is amazing. I must do this with the kids.
I hope this finds you well. I see you are enjoying life. YA!

Just no getting away from that Dora, is there? She's EVERYWHERE! (Don't mind me, I'm up to my eyeballs in planning a Dora themed birthday ... suffering from over-exposure I think!)

Anyway, super cool shot! Looks like a perfect kite flying day too!

What a great choice for the theme! I used to love to fly kites but haven't done so in years. Maybe next Spring I should give it a go!

Thanks for visiting, have a great weekend!

Great shot! I suppose one of the joys of having kids is having an excuse to enjoy the things kids enjoy again :-)

I think one of the reasons I enjoyed teaching kindergarten is that I got to experience so many of those moments again.

What a great shot of your Dora kite. I always have a terrible time getting my children's kite up that high. But once it's there it's a blast for everyone.

I really like the picture in your header. To precious.

Thanks for visiting my blog.
