Photo Hunters~ Bad Hair Day

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

I was so pleased to see the theme for this week, because I needed a little push to go ahead and edit some photos I took late last month. These particular photos were never intended to be much. It wasn't the product I was after that day...it was the process. I was simply playing with some settings on my camera and trying to get good focus on a moving object.

Being that I wasn't at all interested in the end result, I hadn't taken a second glace on my dear Sugar Bears appearance. These were taken in the early evening, after a long day of play. I do believe by the looks of it....she played hard. What a BAD HAIR DAY! But at little messy hair never stopped a Sugar from enjoying life.

Okay....so maybe she realizes her hair is looking a bit.....ummmmmmm......icky!

Here....hold on...let me fix it!

There! PERFECT!

Thanks for visiting my blog this week. I really appreciate it! I look forward to seeing all the different takes on this week's theme. May we all have better hair days next week! :)

*** oh and don't forget I'm on Top Momma! CLICK HERE!!!!! I know.....It's getting a bit old, but I am so thrilled to have lasted nearly 6 months on there. What a blessing. Thank you all who have clicked on the link and helped me achieve this accomplishment.***

Hilarious. I love your take on this week's theme. But, um, I don't think I'll be participating. I'm WAY too vain to show off one of my bad hair days.

Oh... and great shots. Looks like you accomplished your goal of freezing a moving subject. Spill it... Lens? Shutter priority yes? Other relevant settings? Teach me Corey!

I'd think she was just getting a good breeze from swinging so high ;)

your sugar bear looks cute as ever... except the windy air that make her hair looked bad. Great sharing Corey :)

What a great way in which to get bad hair.

Too cute! Love it hehe...

Hehehe! Oh my, these are so funny! Their curly, crazy hair makes for a lot of "bad hair days."
Seems that your experiments to lock focus on a moving subject were successful! That's something I'm working on, too, and I'd love to hear what you learned.

I'm pretty sure a pre-schooler can never have a bad hair day! It looks cute just the same!

Every girl is entitled to a bad day, right? Hers isn't so bad though - its too cute!

Fun photos! I love the last one the best.

Those are perfect for the theme but you know her messy hair doesn't detract from her beautifulness anyway. :)

HA! Honestly, I am so glad you posted these photos. Sugar Bear always looks so nice - her cute clothes and matching hair bows (always lovely!). The Sugar Bear in these photos is how MY kids look on any normal day. Try as I might to get them to look nice, within five minutes they are completely disheveled. I found myself wondering the other day, "How does Corey do it??"

She looks fabulous anyway, despite the "bad hair!"

Love your photos. Your daughter is definitely an epitome of cuteness -even with dishevelled hair.

actually, i'm going to go to the hairdressers and ask for "the sugar bear look". i'm sure they'll do it. then i'll never have to brush again! :)

I'd say her "bad hair day" look definitely says "had a fun day!"

Perfect in all the ways that matter most - I think this is one of my favorite series of yours yet!
