Tuesday night nothings

SURPRISED

-That I am nearly done with my Kitty Project. What on earth am I going to do with myself when August is over?

-That I am currently reading my 52nd book with a month and a half left in my year. I had no idea that I would jump back into reading to this degree. I just wanted to read again. I'd say.....Well done!

NOT SURPRISED

-That I haven't done any digital scrapbooking this year. I've been reading. tee hee Sorry, Mom, your 2009 scrapbook will be done....ummm......by Christmas????? I hope.

HAPPY

-That my little Sugar Bear's tummy bug only lasted two days. I hate seeing her burning up with fever, and not able to hold food down. She is back to her spunky old self today, though.

WONDERING

-If I'm a ticking time bomb about ready to fall victim to that same tummy trouble.

BUMMED

-That I only have a few more weeks of Summer Vacation. I'm soooooooo not ready to go back to work. Help.....

EXCITED

-To have met a really wonderful budding photographer in my area. We have talked on the phone, and will be getting together in a few weeks. I can't wait to spend some quality photo taking time together.

-To be heading out for our annual "mama and Sugar" trip to see my college roommate. We always have such a great time.

WANTING

-For the weather to be more "summery". It just isn't working for me....this cold overcast weather. ugh...

-So very badly to bake cookies....or pie......or something. I have a major sweet tooth these days, and can't stop thinking about it.

DISAPPOINTED

-That I have gained back 5 of the 19 lbs I lost since last August. I'll be back at the Weight Watchers meetings in a few weeks, when I return to work. Sigh......

RELIEVED

-To have my first Wedding (as the photographer) under my belt. I learn sooooooooooooooo much, and didn't screw things up too horribly.

HONORED

-To be asked to do 3 more weddings in the next year. Now I just have to let them know if I'll do it. Decisions....decisions......

SORRY

-For keeping them waiting.

-I've spent such little time with a few of my friends this summer. I hope they know how much I love and appreciate them, even though I don't reach out all that often.

WISHING

-I could snap my fingers and all the photos I don't have edited (from the last few years) would be edited. I just take way too many photos to keep up.

-I had unlimited time to sew. I have like 23 projects I want to get done, but can't ferret out the time to do them.

MISSING

-All the great blogs I usually read, and comment on. I have been extremely busy this summer. I still skim through my reader, and hope to keep up on all the "goings on"!

This summer has been crazy around here too - and I cant' believe it's so close to being over now. I had to laugh when I read about your 23 sewing projects - I have knitting ones piling up like that too. :)

I've been here and written a comment on this post twice .. only to have my computer freak out and have to reboot. Ugh... what a craptastic week. :(
Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean a lot.
I wish I lived closer, I'd love to be your assistant at those weddings. :) I understand your reluctance, it's a lot of pressure to shoot a wedding!
