Photo Hunters~ Book

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

When looking at the theme for the week, I couldn't help but think of a set of vintage Sugar Bear shots. This set was taken back in 2005 with my original Fugi Finepix 4 megapixel point and shoot camera. That camera is now Sugar Bear's. We have come a long way baby!

These photos feature a classic children's BOOK, Goodnight Moon, by Margaret Wise Brown. It has a favorite in our home for quite some time.

I hope you enjoyed seeing some vintage Sugar Bear, as much as I enjoyed reminiscing about those delightfully chunky thighs. Forget the BOOK.....look at that baby fat. sigh.....Good Stuff.

Have a happy weekend, everyone.

That book must have been a great bedtime companion :)

This is the 1st time I've seen baby pictures of Sugar. Not much feature changes, she was beautiful and is still very very beautiful. Her most prominent feature that draws me to her must be her eyes...enchanting :)

I absolutely love these shots. Goodnight Moon was a favorite of my daughter's too. I considered trying to dig up shots of my baby (she's now 24) reaching for books when she was still crawling but I would have had to scan it in. I wish digital photography had been common when my punkin pie was a baby and I was constantly photographing her. You have sugar bear, I had punkin pie, LOL

Look at that precious baby! SugarBear is growing very fast huh? Wait until your daughter turns 30, now that is just plain terrifying! Thank for visiting my hunt today

Loved all your shots this week... working on catching up this weekend. Hope your internet troubles have passed. Ever tried Firefox? Never have trouble with it... well, almost never ;-)

awww...she's so adorable. Very good shots and to think, they were taken on P&S. Sounds like an interesting book you got there too.

That book has been one of our faves, too! I always love me some sweet, tiny Sugar!

My kids still love Goodnight Moon at ages 5, 5 and 8 -- they still crack up at the "Goodnight nobody, goodnight mush" part. What a great childhood classic.

I have fallen in love with her all over again, I never saw her as a baby and what an adorable little one she was...I love the fattie arms and legs...ahhhhhhhhhh I love babies!!!!!
She has grown up in front of the camera and you have captured it all, what wonderful memories you will have for her one day when she becomes a mommy of her own...

Thanks for sharing..

P.S Feeling a bit more upbeat, public holiday here so have hubby and company for 3 days...yahhhhhhhhhh...so nice for a change.
Got camera back but still waiting for laptop and holiday photo's.

Goodnight Moon... I give this book as a baby gift to all pregnant mothers I know. My sweet pea is 23 now... she can still recite the whole book and we keep a copy handy. It was her favorite and one of her first words was "moon".
My books are up here.

Dig it up girlie! I love it! She was just as cute then! I, too, love me some fat rolls. We still have a few at our house! No, I mean on Bryce. lol. Well, the others aren't as cute. lol. Gross! Anyway. I love Sugar's cute little suntan that is white in the folds. I love that she still makes that face with the cute little full-lipped pout. Adorable!

Cute photos!

We like Goodnight Moon too. At one point the kids knew where the mouse was on every page and could find them it in the dark and I could recite it too.

Did you notice that one of the pictures on the bedroom wall is from the Runaway Bunny?
