Photo Hunters~ Wrinkled

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Sitting outside on my deck last night after work, I noticed the wrinkled leaves on my Hydranga. Remembering the theme of the week, I ran inside for my camera.

After snapping a few of the green leaves, I happened to glance at some dried up, wrinkled leaves in the grass. I picked up a few, and held them up. Slowly I turned around to find the perfect backdrop for these wrinkled leaves. I am fairly certain I found it.

Corey those shots are just gorgeous. I love the bright green, but you even made the dry brown ones look so pretty.

I can't pick a favourite, Corey. I think the aspect of the first shot, though, would get my vote.

Great thinking. Great execution.

i just love these. that's all. i just love them. i love them so much that i have had this page up on my computer for a day thinking of an appropriate response (although not the *entire* day was spent on hit, to be fair. much of the day was spent being bored to tears by my brother's lovelife. but that has nothing to do with this).

Corey--gorgeous shots. These would make a fantastic series. Framed. Hanging in my living room . . .

Now if I had known then I would have let you photograph my face. There are wrinkles there.

But they are not as pretty as these wrinkles. Great shots.

Wow--as always, LOVE the snaps! When my b-day rolls around, will you please take pictures of my wrinkles, too? :)

These are lovely. The green in those first few is just so vivid. Love the dried leaf with the sun behind. Spectacular! Great set for The Hunt.

A great subject for wrinkled! I can't figure out what the heck your background is for the dry leaves. Looks cool, tho!

Wonderful pictures. I especially like the sun shining thru the dried leaf.

I like that second shot. The almost purple tinge to the edge of the shot is nice contrasted with the green.

Ah, I LOVE nature shots. So intricate and beautiful. Very well done Corey. These with the sun flare are stunning.

I've been loving your pictures and following your blog for awhile! You've inspired me to start one. I actually have a funny question... how do you get your signature on your page without a box around it? I've put one on mine, but it's got a white line around it. LOL Well, anyway, LOVE your pics!

What a beautiful twist to a dreaded word! Your photos are beautiful...especially the ones with the sun in the background. In my next life I will most definately learn to take pictures! (no time or money in this one!)
