These are amazing photos. I have the same lens as you of #1 and #4, but apparently I need #2 or #3 for cool stuff like this. I so wish I had the time to learn to photograph like you!

Kristi said...

Ok, amazing and FREAKY all at the same time!

Beauty captures of the spider :)

Thanks for the well wishes for my daughter, she has been discharged from hospital and is currently under home observation.

One of the most fascinating things I ever watched was a spider dealing with a mosquito hawk that flew into it's web. It took about 30 minutes for the spider to really subdue it. It was an amazing dance to watch.

That first shot is so beautiful... in a gross kind of way. Ahh, nature.

Those are great shots. The first one in particular is beautiful!

Happy WW from Thursday! Thanks for your visit.

I am a little late this week. But that first shot with the sunlight is wonderful. When I see pictures like that which really highlight and draw out the pretty patterns found on spiders they do seem less scary. :)

WOW. These shots are just amazing, Corey. And... this makes me SO want a macro lens.

those are some really cool photos, but man spiders are ugly up close! LOL
