I'm.......

-I'm wishing...

my weekend wasn't over, and I was still in the "big city" with my friends shopping, laughing, eating, and watching the So You Think You Can Dance tour show. It was such a wonderful weekend. I am blessed beyond measure.

-I'm loving...

all the art that is just pouring out of Sugar Bear these days. She is going through a wonderful phase full of colorful creativity.

-I'm wondering....

if there is any way possible that I will get done everything I WANT to get done before Christmas. Seriously.....what am I doing here blogging when I have soooooooo much sewing to do?

-I'm listening....

to the sound of The Hubby snoring on the couch. This has become our habit. I sit with him until he falls asleep in front of the TV, then I steal a few hours at the computer.

-I'm smelling....

my new Febreeze NOTICEables in Autumn Spice and Harvest Festivities scents. LOVE IT! Much better to come home to, than the smell of large dog.

-I'm working....

myself into a frenzy trying to decide if I NEED a new camera or not. I seriously have spending issues, and not the kind most folks have. The mere thought of spending large sums of money makes my stomach hurt, and my bowels quake.

-I'm looking...

forward to Thanksgiving dinner. I am soooooo ready for some fabulous food.....and PIE. yeah.....PIE.

-I'm making....

our Christmas card this week. So many decisions, and choices. I'm hoping to keep it simple this year, but already I've made at least 8 different versions, and I'm still not sure I've got a winner.

-I'm trying.....

to keep a positive attitude throughout this busy and stressful time of year. Good Golly the next 4-5 weeks are going to be NUTS around here.

-I'm retiring....

for the night! :)

This time of year is crazy isn't it? Yesterday I kept thinking, I really need to make a list so I get it all done. Yet some how instead I spent hours reading stupid stuff on the internet!

I love this sort of blog, strangely my Dutch friend who is living in China for the last few months did the same on her blog this week...so thinking I should do it as well....

I would love a Xmas card, but it has to have Sugar Bear on it!!!!

Haven't been home much and blogging has continued to take the hit for it, but I HAD to stop by and say how absolutely adorable Sug's artwork is!

LOVE. IT! :D

(Her horsie a few posts back was so cute I could hardly stand it!)

Hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving -- and you have lots of time for all that sewing you have planned ;)

I'm....loving this fun post! But stop stressing, hon - the most important part of the holidays is that you enjoy them, so if something doesn't get done - it just doens't get done!

And YES, if you can afford ir buy a new camera. Because then I can live vicariously thru you. :o)

I wish I had words like you - your posts always stir emotion - always.

Camera? Haha, thats so nice of you to ask! I use a canon rebel xti... and a 50mm 1.4. Thats it. One lower end camera, one lens....my secrets out! I sometimes bust out the kit lens that it came with if I need a wide angle. But there you have it :P easy!

If you have the money, buy the camera. Life is short. Can't take it with you. Enjoy.

Holidays should not be stressful. Why do we make them that way? If you figure out the secret let me know.

Sounds like you did have a wonderful trip!! I'm in the same boat on a few of these... I SO want to get a new camera... but SO don't want to spend that much on it! Haha, and I don't know how we're going to get everything done by Christmas... and the cards, oh my, the cards! They haven't worked out yet, and I'm hoping to get them done soon. Fingers crossed. :)
