Makes Sense To Me

The other day, I was over at Running With Books, and Belle was entertaining me with her witty writings about all things Fishy. I left her site thinking about the whole "fishy heaven" concept, and couldn't help but recall a fascinating product I once saw online. If my memory served me correct, which rarely it does, I just might have found a very practical, and convenient product.

I'd like to introduce you to the most gaudy fabulous toilet in the world. The FISH N' FLUSH! Go on....click on it. This post will mean nothing to you if you don't. I'll wait.....after all, I have things to do. I haven't click on my Top Momma Link in at least 15 minutes! Come back when you are done perusing all the wonder that is "Fish N' Flush!"

Okay...so you are back. What did you think? Are you not convinced that this is the most practical product on the market today? As Belle, so lovingly pointed out, the toilet is often referred to as "fishy heaven". When our pet fish turn belly up...then more often than not end up riding the big swirl right on down the toilet to destinations unknown. So I figure, why not put the actual fish tank right on the toilet, so that when the inevitable happens, it is a simply scoop and ploop. Just like that. Easy Peasy. Heck, this way, the other fish can actually attend the funeral of their fins up friend, and say their fishy farewells from their front row seat. How FABULOUS is that? What a sensitive and empathetic pet owner you would be. Who ever invented the Fish N' Flush must truly be an emotional connected individual. Their heart is in the right place, I tell ya.

Now don't everybody rush out and hastily purchase your Fish N' Flush today, as it is likely to take some time to budget in the $299 you'll need, but I know that with little sacrifices you can do it. I suggest buying the CHEAP toilet paper instead of the Charmin for awhile. That way when you are wiping yourself with a wad of tissue paper thin, scratchy sandpaper, you'll be reminded of your goal. Each and EVERY time. Soon you'll be perch upon your "fishy heaven" throne, and feeling pretty darn proud of yourself for being the most practical, and thoughtful pet fish owner EVVVVAAAA. I just know it!

That's very odd! And $299, no thanks! Besides, my kids spend enough time in the bathroom, they don't need another reason to go in there!

Oh my word! As someone who is phobic of all things fishy, even I was impressed!

LOL! Your post was hilarious :) I couldn't help but chuckle when I saw it too. Would this be like living with a graveyard just outside your front door? My kid would NEVER leave the bathroom either...

Hey! What happened? I left a comment a few days ago but it didn't show up. Stupid laptop I am using.

Anyway, the toilet tank fish bowl, um, I don't even know what to say. I want to show it to Snags but I am afraid he will want one.

Funny thing, the hotel I am in while I am out of town has a bar in it and the bar top, where you set your drinks, is a long fish tank. Oh yes it is. If only I had my camera with me. I wonder how the fish feel about this? Lots of people coming up and sitting there everyday but mostly the fish see people's stomachs as they belly up to the bar.
